I am a painter from Hong Kong, graduated from Chelsea College of Art, London in Fine Art.
My paintings hugely portray and translate nascent emotions into artistic expressions. While I am involved in this active process, my purpose fundamentally lies, in inspiring the viewers to capture the multidimensional layers juxtaposed under bold colours and manifold textures. Thus, they depicted my fond appreciation towards profound yearning amidst the lived reality.
These reflections motivated me towards pursuing into the best practices about ‘yearning’ and ‘ideal’. Having gained a deeper insight, I started to rethink about my beliefs, fears, puzzles and desires that enabled me to personalise my work for the wider audience. My paintings express spontaneous movement of forms with a natural balance of both imaginaire and realism, exploring different techniques and creating textures. Despite of my deep ardour, I have also experienced tid-bits of highs and lows in terms of being acknowledged within the broader context.
